Friendly welcome and everything explained in detail. Shown to room and offered help with baggage. Explained how everything works in the room. Allocated parking space, which is the same number as room number. Bottle of wine on arrival, was a lovely touch. Room was fresh and clean. Lots of storage in the bedroom, and lovely shower. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again.
