The hotel is fantastically located next to the station and within walking distance of Kajo park. The room was clean and a lot larger than many other business hotels in Japan. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to suit most diners as well.

I would give the staff 10 stars if possible! Everyone on staff was excellent. If I could change one thing with the hotel, I would ask for the non-smoking rooms to be priced the same as the smoking rooms.

Bagus OK for overnight stay as it closes to station. Hotel looks old. Hot tub is crowd and water extremely hot.
Breakfast is crowd and impossible for more food as the line up is long.

The front office is very good hospitality. Upon arriving 1pm. The room is ready for my check in. Has coffee provided at the lobby and good breakfast in the morning. Will consider again to stay there next time if I go to Yamagata.
