I really enjoyed my 4 nights here in Pai. The room is clean with a nice belcony and view on top floors. The hosts are very friendly and wifi quick. There is a coffee shop at front and free instant coffeeand bananas in lobby which is nice. The location is perfect close to walking street. A good place to stay for a budget in Pai.

Fantastic place to stay in Pai. Staff/Owner is super friendly with great English. Hammock area is a great place to chill. Rooms have everything you need, ac and hot water work a treat. Not a single complaint. One of the better places I’ve stayed on my travels.

This hotel is totally overstated in the description and by the photographs. The reception do not speak English and the hotel is very poor. Room looks out over some adjoining building roofs. Room is concrete with little comfort or feeling of security. Bathroom had ants. Breakfast appeared to be served in the alleyway leading to the rooms. We didnt stay here and found much better accomodation for very similar price nearby. Look again before chosing.

Good location, quiet, with a mounrain view.

When we checked in to Payi Resort we noticed there were many spiders on the ceiling as well as webs around the room. We had to call the staff back to clean it up. Our towels weren't changed, we weren't given new toilet paper and we weren't given new water. It was as if they forgot we were staying there. We checked out a day early and no one noticed. Although we had a decent view and good wifi I would avoid and find a cleaner room.

The room was great I decided to stay 3 more nights. I was given the upstairs room with balcony y and an awesome view.
