Love the staff ..and location.breakfast waa great

Good location, quiet room, horrible TV, 2 boring channels working. They are changing the towels every 3 to 4 days, due to water restriction, in London were it rain every days that we were there!

Very pleasant, clean and functional hotel just 5 mins walk to Paddington. Breakfast was plentiful, warm and good quality. In a standard room which was on 1st floor, quiet and bed was comfortable. Best value for money in the area and would go back.

Great location for travelers looking for a safe, convenient, and quiet place as a base of operations to explore London. Excellent dining options nearby, and very helpful staff.

Nice boutique hotel ...clean ...and very helpful and pleasant staff

The location and staff were the best part of this hotel. The room was small, clean but just. Towels were very old. There were no supplies other than liquid soap which was hard to get out of the dispenser on the shower wall. There was no air conditioning which it never occurred to me to ask about coming from the US where everything is air conditioned. It is not the fault of the hotel that it was a heat wave but wish I had thought to ask. We were not offered an air conditioned room when we talked about it. They apparently have a few and are adding others. We were offered a second fan which helped a bit. I would say it was adequate but could use some amenities. The staff was wonderful and helpful and the location couldn't be better in terms of cafes, restaurants and tons of public transportation.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Amnesty is average. The room is cleaned daily, the bed is made up daily but the towels are changed only on my third day. So aif you stay for 2 days you wouldn't have fresh towels. The 2 little closets by the door to the bathroom is a plus.

Staff was great very helpful

A lovely low key mix of tourism and community activity....perfect location to Paddington Station.
