Julie cleaned the room thoroughly. Nice room and lovely toiletries. Only disappointment was both my menu choices were unavailable.

We should have checked all that was included. We didn’t have a fridge or ironing board and for the price of the room was disappointing.

Great hotel , very clean & the rooms were well decorated & well presented!! Food in the restaurant was excellent & all the staff were so helpful. Have rebooked already 10/10

Staff are fabulous - cannot do enough to help you. Breakfast decent, evening menu needs a bit of an update - it used to be much more expansive - I appreciate things have changed since Covid, but probably needs a refresher. Rooms definitely in need of a facelift - damaged desk/dressing table not very impressive.

Rooms clean, bed comfy and plenty of space in room. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location.

Well located close to bus stop for short trip into city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. There was plenty of room to bring in our suitcases rather than just an overnight bag. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Having a restaurant right there was so convenient at end of a long day. Parking was convenient and everything on one level. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual fare. Would recommend this property.

Good location for train station and friendly staff. Rooms could do with a small refresh.
