Hebat Hotel ambience is fine.
Staff is friendly.
But smokers would have to be considerate on hotel toilets.

The facilities are decent, however, there is a big part of the hotel that is going under construction and out room was right next door to it. The hallways smelt like a very strong paint smell and there was construction dust on the floors in front of our room. The room was large and clean, but the air conditioning doesn't budge and we woke up sweating. No one speaks any English so it was difficult to tell them that our toilet had clogged, but they sent someone up and they sent for a maintenance man. Don't forget to ask for your 200 RMB deposit back because they will not remind you at checkout. Wifi is decent.

Bawah Purata The room was very spacious. For China, the bed was extremely comfortable. It was not incredibly hard like most beds in China. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The location, for me, was not convenient at all. No access to subway. The staff was friendly but English was poor or non-existent. For an American hotel chain, I expected better English. I did my best to use my little Chinese, but overall communication was difficult. Additionally, the hotel had no resources. For example, I asked for a map of the city or local area. They didn't have one, which is very poor for a hotel. The hotel was great for comfort and price, but offered nothing more.

The stay was good. There was very strong smell on third floor which was cafe area. I select to pay at the hotel. But the currency exchange rate was not very nice to me. Next time I will chose pay at Hotels.com.

Hebat great stay and great price. Next few months be prepared for some construction as light sleepers should be careful
