It was a very disappointing experience. First day, the room was not clean and toilet was dirty. A few days later some cleaner put used and almost finished toilet paper for us to use, how unsanitary and disgusting! Then some guy rather than apologize tried to gaslight me telling me it was new until I showed him a picture. Cleaners do not want to clean, period. Location was really nice, that

I couldn’t make it and I cancel with a month advance and the hotel refused to refund my money they keep my money, I hate this hotel!!!

We stayed one night and everything was wonderful. The room was clean and we appreciated that it was in a mall area that allowed us to shop around. Seemed very safe. The breakfast buffet was lovely. And Jaime the bellman was excellent, every time we needed something, he was there to help!

This was a great hotel, very clean and with friendly and helpful staff. I love that the restaurant is opened 24/7 so you can get a meal at any time. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach so that was also a huge plus.
