I contacted the hotel with "one urgent question". They ONLY responded after repeated inquiry.

Close to airport, public transport, mall and tour bus stop.

We were traveling with two cats and a ton of luggage since we were moving, but did not yet have keys to our new place. The hotel staff stored the luggage we didn't need and were great about us having two kitties. The breakfast was great and I LOVED the hotel's interior design!

We highly recommend Ibis ! Location great, property beautiful, staff great! Close to coffee shops and a short walk to Oriente station

Room was clean , functional and quiet.

Hôtel très pratique, abordable mais avec des petits points à améliorer.
