Good service

Stayed in a twin room with my brother. It was very small, maybe a bit awks. The room was clean, staff friendly and useful info shared in advance. Disappointed that the car park discount provided code didn't seem to work.

As expected. Good reliable and clean.

Convenient and cheap

Stayed here as we were going to a concert. I mean it had what was needed for an overnight stay. Although NO tea/coffee facilities in the room, but when you see the room you can understand why as it has no room for such items but you can get a takeaway one alongside of reception. The staff that we met were all very polite and smart. The area just outside of the hotel could do with tidying and a bin as the takeaway cups from the hotel were swirling around the pavement. Car parking isn’t too far away at Knox road car park and not too far away from the shopping area of the city either. The room itself was basic, incredibly clean so kudos to the housekeeping team! The shower was excellent and had shower gel in the cubicle. Nice to have 2 toilet rolls available too as some hotels can scrimp on the loo roll. It was a tight squeeze and not the best not being able to get in both sides of the bed. There was a tv mounted to the wall with lots of channels and air con that was effective it didn’t take long to warm up either when the room got slightly chilly. The bed wasn’t great it was uncomfortable very soft! And although the pillow was soft it was quite a plump pillow so come the morning I had a slight pain in my neck. On the whole perfectly adequate for getting your head down for the night. As long as you don’t expect too much! Close by to get in and out of Cardiff by car. Not far from queen street train station either.

What you'd expect from an EasyHotel, with the added bonus of stained towels and waiting almost an hour and a half to check in (because they were still cleaning - ha). It served its purpose eventually but never again if I can help it.

Nice budget hotel. About 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Good location for concerts at Cardiff Castle and The Principality Stadium if you dont mind walking. Rooms are small and basic but that was all that we needed for our stay.

Louis was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean with air conditioning which was a huge bonus in the heatwave! Room was basic but meet our need - an overnight stay. Some amenities could be update though such as the shower head which partially broken but usable. Overall I would recommend for short stay. However, I may not recommend if travelling with younger kids since there is almost no space to move around.

Staff were really friendly. Air conditioned rooms on a stay where it was very hot was delightful! One staff member was helpful when unfortunately we had a incident with the hair dryer which must of blown up and caused the lights to go out, was understanding and got it fixed within a short amount of time. Was an easy enough walk to the high Street and the castle in which our event was and was the reason for our stay! Great hotel, would recommend 😊

Hottest days of the year and the air conditioning was ice cold,the staff we happy and very helpful,I would recommend to anyone
