Super friendly front desk staff. Great location, easy walk from the Atocha train station. Close to restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and quiet. Nice rooftop terrace. Would stay again!

Excellent room, the only oddity was that the layout did not include a bathroom door. (The nearby shower door could provide some cover when opened)

Great and helpful staff and cant beat price for location. Elevator and ac a plus, tho mattress not the best and ac seems to turn itself off during the night. Would stay here again.

Hebat It was a perfect location and the staff was super kind and helpful. I had a room with a balcony and opening the window to the street below was wonderful.

Merci pour l’accueil et le service
La personne qui nous a servi a fait l’effort de nous parler en français et ce fût très agréable et très apprécié
Merci beaucoup

Coffee machine in my room vibrated and big cup flipped hot coffee all over the floor.
I immediately went to front desk and told the manager that hotel should use smaller espresso cups.
Since nothing was offered but a towel (to clean up my mess) I drank coffee in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff and cleanliness were great. The only issue we had was on the last night there was no hot water to take a shower. I called the front desk about the issue, and I was advised they were having problems with the hotel’s water heater.
