It was nice experience only issue is at check out we need to again at the main office which trouble some as need leave early

The property did not disappoint at all! Everything was green and well kept, giving a relaxing feel. Everyone from check-in, to Eric, who helped us take our luggage to our room and shuttled us in the golf cart to the beach and back, to security personnel were all amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the condo was beautiful and it was spacious for my family. But the biggest downfall was that for the 5 days I stayed there. The elevator was never fixed. We had to go up 5 floors every single time we went out. With kids and an older woman. And not only that. But we got a call about noise complaints because we walked “too much” it’s a family friendly condo. I didn’t know my daughters had to sit all day. But overall it was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Excellent value, check in process was easy. Staff were friendly. The pool was clean and cool. I recommend this hotel when staying in Merida. The location is central and convenient.
