Loved the location. It’s not located in town area but it’s a very short walk. Staff was A plus. Front desk girls during that day were amazing. Housekeeping was great. My room was downstairs so I was not able to work remote due to bad WiFi connection. The room was near the kitchen and laundry so every morning I would get woken up by loud chatter. I would definitely stay there again.

Given the 4-star praise online, I was highly disappointed with our stay. The Lowlights Poor Service: The property has no elevator. When we arrived, the front desk agent refused to help us carry our heavy luggage up a flight of steep stairs. Broken Lock & Attitude: Our first room ($250/night) wouldn't lock. When I reported the broken lock, the employee seemed visibly annoyed. Overpriced: The initial room felt like a cheap motel, not a $250 room. While they eventually upgraded us to a better room with a nice view, it was incredibly noisy at night. Terrible Breakfast: We had an early flight, and the packed breakfast they gave us was pathetic—a granola bar, a bruised apple, a juice box, and a soggy tortilla with cheap meat. The Verdict The hotel was mediocre at best. I wasn't expecting luxury, just the basics, but the poor service and high price tag made it a frustrating experience.

Our room was clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful Plenty of choice for breakfast The free shuttle bus runs to town in the evening although they took us to the port in the morning when asked

The staff were very helpful and so nice!! The room and entire property was very clean! Breakfast was delicious and staff was very much accommodating for anything that you may want. The pool was very nice and clean, had an outdoor bar by the pool. The bartenders were very nice. Location of hotel was great! I would definitely stay there again!!

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is more than helpful and accommodating - even retrieving my husband’s portable charger when he dropped it from our balcony :) The bartenders and front desk staff were superb. And the views were unmatched.

Understated luxury. The Junior suite design elements were beautiful. If you like relaxing in a bath, the huge river rock tub is such a treat. Pair the soak with the most comfy bed and you are off to lala land. The digital bedside controls for the indoor air and lights makes it so you never have to leave the bed to adjust a thing. The private patio and ocean views are huge. Breakfast is delicious too! Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay here if you want a relaxing stay in Mykonos.

The facility, pool, dinning area and balcony were great. I liked location above the city but walking accessible or a shuttle to and from downtown. However, the staff was the best hotel staff that had ever served me. I asked about an early transfer to the airport, 4 am and the front desk said no problem and added would you like us to pack a breakfast for you
