The breakfast is offered too late (from 8:00 am) that time is not convenient due to most plans in Chiang Mai start early morning (before 7:00 am) They provided us sandwiches and eggs for 7/11 but it’s not the same. we couldn’t eat their breakfast for that reason.

Nothing good about this motel, its below average, bed was very hard with rubbish pillows, tiny tv, the shower was mostly cold as the water pressure was not sufficient to activate the water heater and when it was it only lasted a minute or two. The noise from 2 busy roads and a 24hr servo next door was such I used ear plugs to sleep.

Love place to stay near night bazaar and lovely cat called snow.
Staff are very helpful and they also have decent price for laundry service.
Our room was quite big. If you like to shower & wash your hair often maybe buy your own shampoo and shower gel. You could always pop to tesco express next door too!
Im happy with my stay.

The property is showing its age. Staff was helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable, but the Internet speed was very poor -- a deal-breaker for me. I was getting 1-2 Mbs, when I could connect at all. Using a VPN was completely impractical. As noted by others, there were also a few ants wandering around, although they don't seem to bite.
There was no safe in the room, and clothing hangs above the desk, crowding the workspace.
The location is good, and the pool is big, but I would not choose to stay here again unless other options had been exhausted.

This hotel was a disappointment. Older hotel in need of some TLC. The elevator was broken with no sign of it being fixed as well as the sliding door to the pool area. Our airconditioner dripped water in the floor continuosly. Plus was it had a kettle and a modern TV and the location was okay.. staff were very pleasant.
