The staff was courteous. We were in room 11A. The rug in the living space was visibly dirty and the lamps were like cheap IKEA fixtures. The tables were blocks of concrete with flimsily attached tops. Couch was too low for comfort. Curtains would not close. Otherwise, great views, nice restaurant, good location. For Bulgaria, it was a nice property.

So beautiful, an amazing place to stay. We loved the apartment, the beach club and the restaurant. The service in the reception was completely absent, we were left to ourselves to figure everything out, but we managed :)

Stunning hotel, couldn’t fault a thing! Everything you could wish for all in one complex. We will be back!
