The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, and amazing food. We always stay here whenever we're in the area. Top tier hotel, me and my family enjoyed it very much.

It was a really lovely, clean hotel to stay at and I am definitely going to look for this brand in other locations around the country/world. My only critique is how long it can take to reach the front desk and that the room service menu was hard to find and I was told it wasn’t up to date when I did find it.

Great hotel actually, and I've stayed in a few :) Modern, fresh, clean. Rooms are good; food is good; staff are helpful; pool area is nice. No spa etc. and the area around is essentially a business park, but for what it is - really great. Thank you!

Overall it was a good experience, but i notice me and my wife woke up what seem to be bed bug bites over our body room 423, which is odd because i always book with tetra love the hotel. And recently the last two times staff have charge me 200 dollars for security deposit. And when i ask why I get charge 200 they say it was set on the wrong setting. They should double check on what and how much they charging.
