clean and excellent location !

Excellent place, we stayed with our 4 teenagers and the apt was very clean and comfortable. Great views to the bottom plaza. The zone was quiet and very local compared to the other areas with high tourism

This was by far one of the worst hotel/Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Communication from staff was poor from the beginning, including requiring WhatsApp for important check-in information without informing us beforehand. The property itself was difficult to access, smelled strongly of cat urine and mildew, and did not appear properly cleaned, with cobwebs and mold present. Although we booked for three people staying eight days, basic supplies like toilet paper were insufficient, and trash disposal was extremely inconvenient. The biggest issue was the lack of reliable hot water — we experienced multiple days of cold showers, and staff were repeatedly late when responding to maintenance requests without properly explaining or resolving the issue. While the air conditioning worked well and extra blankets were provided, the unpleasant odors, cleanliness concerns, poor communication, and maintenance problems made the overall experience extremely disappointing.

The apt felt very neglected. There was alot of mold in the bathroom so we tried to use it as minimally as possible. The sink in the bathroom was clogged so we had to use the sink in the kitchen to wash our hands and brush our teeth. We let the front desk staff know and they never came up to try and fix it. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen, the refrigerator kept leaking water and the washer had a stench coming from it. Thank God we only stayed for one night.

It was good.

Is hard to find accommodations in Venice. The apt was nice, and it was great that it had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Venice can be busy, but this apt was a bit in the outskirts, so it was a quiet and lovely area. Still close to main things in the city and good restaurants.

Do not stay here the bathroom shower had mold, we couldn’t shower. The extra pillows were so dirty and disgusting. Kitchen had few pots and pans, nothing useful. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. The stairs going up to the room are so steep.

The flat was really dirty, the dining room still had the last guests food on it. The floor, especially the kitchen had not been cleaned, and there was someones t-shirt in the washing machine. The beds were quite rickety and we had one thin pillow each. The location was really nice though, with some excellent restaurants to the north, away from the main tourist areas.
