The front & breakfast staff were friendly. The breakfast item we chose was not cooked properly; the rooms had lifted linoleum in the bathroom, in front of the sink, so couldn’t avoid scraping our feet; damage to the wall was patched but not sanded or taped.

Bagus The room has water damage due to the shower door only covering half of the tub. There were insects(silverfish) crawling on the walls.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was made to order and was good. The train station was very close by and within 5 min walking distance. Good local restaurants nearby.

It’s location is fantastic and the staff do an amazing job, our first room, the window was blocked, it made me feel like I was in a dungeon, and not good for my AuDhd, but they were able to move our room the next day, which was no issues at all, the hotel is tired, a lot of wear and tear, but it’s making the best of what it’s got to work with, the team are lovely and friendly, but as I said, the location is its selling point.
