The mattress on the bed in pathetic condition. Was very soft ans sagged from the centre

Great staff and hospitality. Hotel location excellent with lake view from rooftop and delicious food. Only thing that was disappointing was repair of swimming pool which we were looking forward to enjoy. Highly recommended 👍

The staff was very nice and very helpful

Room window was not closing. smoke from the residents smoking in the common balcony was coming through the balcony door into the room. The bathroom lighting was poor. This is but a 2 start hotel, prices are Jaidev up due to season to 12000. 1500 for breakfast is a loot. Breakfast was tasty, but not worth 1500.

Clean, comfortable room; excellent cordial service; very good buffet and food at the restaurant; very good view of the lake from the balconies and rooftop restaurant

The hotel is relatively basic but very nice style. We had an issue in our room which was pretty bad but the staff did try to help and eventually moved us to a suite. There were no dairy alternatives for milk which was tricky but fine. The masala dosa for breakfast was very nice. A few more towels would be great!
