Three night stay and it was not great. Check in was very slow as there was only one person working the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful however always appeared to be working on their own. The hotel bar was never open. The AC was marginal at best. No ice machine anywhere in the hotel. It was a pain to get ice as the staff working the desk would have to go get it somewhere deep inside the hotel. There is almost no walk ability. It’s an hour walk to get to the old town area or anywhere of interest. Rooms are clean but dated and the beds are lumpy.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly & room air was very warm & stuffy. Bath tub wasn't draining properly & shower head didn't work right either. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Air conditioner did not cool the room, hardly blew any cold air. Needed to keep the window open at night and put up with freeway traffic noise. Blow dryer kept cutting out when on high speed, could only use on low. No fridge in room and ice not readily available. Needed to ask for ice at front desk..

The bed's comforts and hygiene were good, but there was no small fridge in the room

Major issue with heating in rooms the 3 we booked all had no heating having not been informed at check in and complained told it was being fixed next week! offered other rooms but only one had heating working.

The photos do not do the property justice. I was impressed with the size of the Jr. Suite and overall cleanliness!
