Walking distance to Trinity College, close to the train station and overall nice and quiet, and reasonably priced.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. However, the rooms are extremely small. The shower had great water pressure, but the drainage in both the shower and the sink was poor. The bathroom sink was also unusually small. If you’re anything other than petite, be prepared for a tight fit, and it’s difficult to avoid getting water outside the shower area or the sink. While the hotel has many positives, the room and bathroom size may be a significant drawback for some guests.

Excellent is the word for both the property and the staff, particularly Vicky she was very hospitable

Great location. The room was well designed for two people to be getting ready simultaneously. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good. Our room was clean and had a great supply of dishes and teas and coffee. Our only problem was that our room didn’t cool down, but the staff took care of it by giving us a new room. The WiFi was very strong. I recommend this hotel.

The room size (one bedroom with a living room with pull out sofa) was good as was the price. The furnishings were fine and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was stocked with the "stuff" one would expect. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay at the property again. Having said that...there is room for some improvement. No deal breakers but constructive feedback. 1. Don't put the soup dispenser that is near the bathroom sink over the "cup" and its holder. Even if a person uses it to hold their toothbrush...too much chance for soap to drip in or on. 2. The shower door was not long enough to cover the opening to the shower. I know this was intentional. It was not a good choice. The water will splash out of the open portion of the door (around 33% of length of the shower). There is no drain in the floor. Combined with the steam build up...everything is wet. NOTE - The next couple of suggestions are more nitpicks...where the previous observations are more significant.) 3. The sink is very small...I understand the space saving purpose...but it was too small (in my opinion). 4. The venting from the bathroom is passive. put an exhaust fan in...it would help a lot. I will reiterate...I would book at the hotel again without reservation. The suggestions are likely not likely in the current hotel...but in future builds something to take into account.

Central location within walking distance of all tours and activities. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. Rooms are small, but the apartment-style setup with kitchenette was useful for stocking snacks. Clean rooms, convenient for a week-long stay, and the neighborhood felt safe. The location to everything was exceptional.

Really good staff, we had to wait (only a short while) for our room and for that we were given two free drinks and a free breakfast each. Didn't expect anything.
