Great stopover on my way to the Alpine Route. Room was very comfortable. Staff was helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

Stayed two nights on this visit to Nagano-ken. I have stayed at this Route Inn in the past, and I will certainly consider staying here in the future. Nice onsen. Very nice breakfast. Convenient free parking just behind the building. Easy check in. Thanks!

Great for our overnight before taking the Alpine route. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. Luggable forwarding drop off for the alpine route is in the hotel lobby which was great! The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and the bus that takes you to the beginning of the route. Would recommend to anyone who is taking the route!

Lunch still can walk 15 mins to supermarket. Night time, I walked around the hotel to restaurants recommended by the staff. But nothing was open for business.

Ease of check in with staff equipped with translation. I love the onsen after a long day. Amenities were fine. I lost a gold earring at the onsen and to my surprise, it was handed over to reception. My thanks to the person who found it and the staff. It would be nice to have some English breakfast tea at breakfast.

Air conditioning motor noisy in room, Not major concern as we turned it off before we went to sleep. But if you needed it on would have Disrupted sleep. Can’t Fault, anything else.
