As it has been, this time stay was also very good. Comfortable and clean room with quite smooth check-in/out process. The location is just next to the main station of "Izumo". So, no complain except for its elevator congestion especially in the morning time because the hotel has only one. Otherwise, I am sure to come back here for my next visit of Izumo.

駅から１０秒ぐらいなのが良い
観光にはすごい良いかなって思います。
テレビもスマートtvなのでNetflixとか見れる点が評価が高いです。
ですが部屋の清掃がちょっと出来てないかな。まず浴槽天井の黒かび？ほこり？
何にしても汚い。
テレビの後ろも埃が溜まっていた。
あと朝食は無料なのはいいですが
スタッフが常にいて落ち着いて朝食が食べられませんでした。
小さい会場なんだから
常にいなくていいと思う。
あとお皿が汚い
ビジネスホテルなのでまぁしょうがないのかな？って思いました。
でもそんなの気にしない人にとってはいいホテルだなって思いました。

Still very sold choice around the Izumo station. Room is clean and comfortable. Check-in/out are extremely smooth; especially check-out requires nothing, but just leave! Due to my time constraints, I could not enjoy its breakfast, but must be still nice there. Two potential improvement areas, if any, would be 1) elevator and 2) laundry. 1) has been a big issue during morning / evening peak times since there is only one. 2) is OK, but compared with the recently opened coin-laundry, it is obviously sub par. Anyway, when there is room availability with reasonable price, this hotel must be still my first choice in Izumo.

部屋の清掃が残念でした。
埃やカビが目立ちました。
スタッフさんは親切でした。
大浴場がなく、シャワールームも狭いので、構わない方向けです。

ウェルカムバーでジムビーム４種をハイボールでいただきました。ありがとうございます。
残念だったのは、エレベーターが１台だけなので、混み合う時間は待ち時間がありました。

Good hotel. Closest to the main railway station of Izumo as well as to a few convenience stores. Its free breakfast is great ! Room is clean and comfortable. Only catch would be its elevator: there is only one ! So, during the morning time and evening time, you may face huge congestion.

チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき、助かりました。朝食付きのプランは珍しかったのですが、朝から混み合うこともなく、ゆっくりと朝食をいただけて、素敵な旅になりました。
