Lovely hotel, staff polite and helpful. Rooms clean and sound proofed, no noise from the nearby motorway. Food very good.

Great location and staff super helpful

Everything was perfect apart from breakfast on Sunday morning. Pastries weren’t replenished for 30 mins. There was adequate staff. Just not forward thinking

The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice but not the most helpful when I called before our stay. It took two phone calls to find out if there was somewhere to eat on a Sunday evening. Breakfast was quite nice. Evening meal in the Bistro was very average. The coffee in the room was nescafe instant sachets which was very disappointing for 4* hotel, and the decaf at breakfast was also nescafe instant. However, the price we paid was very good. I would stay again but I'd bring my own coffee and milk for the room (only 2 pots of UHT milk provided).

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. The décor was modern and inviting, and all amenities were in excellent working order. The bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the room and the level of service provided. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
