NOTHING GOOD AT THIS PLACE, RUN DOWN. NO TOILET PAPER OR CLEAN TOWELS. ARE ROOM LOOKED LIKE SONEONE JUST LEFT THERE STAYED 1 NIGHT AND LEFT. THE SHEETS WERE SOOOO NASTY, HAD TO BUY MY OWN JUST TO SLEEP THERE 1 NIGHT, THE PLACE SMELT BAD, HALLWAYS WERE SO DIRTY DISGUSTING I CAN KEEP GOING, BUT NOT WORTH IT

The room we stayed in was 125. The couch looked like a dog chewed it up, the arm rest had holes in it. When you pulled the couch cushion up there was dog food in there. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.. No tv remote. The bathroom tub was all rusty and nasty the soap holder was chipped paint and chipping. It was just nasty in the tub. The bedroom door that closes off was falling apart. The ceiling in the bedroom was brown and chipping. The refrigerator bottom shelf was cracked. Inside the pool was chipping on the walls inside the pool.

The bathroom was dirty and had dried up soap in the bathtub like someone just took a shower. The tv didn’t work nor did it have a working remote. There was no trash can, bed was broken and nasty stains on the couch. Tried to get a different room but they were out of rooms for the day. Been trying to request a refund for the past few days but the manager is either not there or “upstairs somewhere”. I had my autistic son with me, there’s no way I could let him stay in a room.

Do not recommend especially with children

There was no housekeeping!! It's like the homeless people living there!! Microwave caught on fire. Had to request clean linens just to sleep on top of Dirty bed linens. Bathroom disgusting. Vagrants all over property inside and out. Did not feel safe to leave the room alone even to laundry facility which was also inadequate. From check in to check out. Experience was not good. Would not return ! Would Not recommend ti anyone else. Always happy with Expedia, however this was a major misrepresentation....

I booked through Expedia and prepaid on their app. I arrived to check in around 10pm, thinking I was well within the allowed check in time since the cut off was 2:30 am later that night. No one was at the front desk, there was just a number to call for late check in. I had to call twice to get someone to answer, and they said they had nothing available. I told them I had already booked and paid online, and he repeated that there was nothing available and he couldn’t help me. I don’t understand why they would allow me to pay and reserve a room, just to turn around and say they had no vacancies once I arrived to check in.

They canceled the room had to get another room at another hotel. I was not happy.

I was very disappointed in this property. The outside of the property and lobby was well groomed. The room was something of nightmare on Elm street. Pull out couch was horribly stained. Floor not mopped, nor even sweep. Trash everywhere. One of the drawers had someone's personal items. Two cabinet doors was ripped off their hinges. Toilet and tub were both not cleaned. The cable box was no existent. So no TV. Phone did not work. No working ice machine in the building. Only 1 working elevator for 3 floors. When asked to switch rooms. Was told there were no other rooms available. (So I observed several groups of people checking in after we did) We were told that we had to put down a $70.00 dollar deposit. Which several other patrons informing us that their deposit was $50.00. To make matters worse, when checking out we were told we would only get $60.00 back. We OWED $10.00 for fews. By this time my blood pressure was rising. I know $10.00 is not alot. But for the we spent in that dungeon. We were not willing for any of that deposit to be taken. I told the front desk young lady. Since the room was inadequate, I expect my full refund. She did so oblige. We have used Expedia many times. We appreciate the ease of booking the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms, and professionalism of the check-in staff. This is our first negative review of any property we have stayed on.
