Overall, we had a good stay at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. The property is beautiful, very clean, and has plenty of dining options (although they're a bit pricey, which is expected in Vegas). Our room was comfortable and well stocked, but the windows could have been cleaner.
Our biggest issue was at check-in. We booked two rooms through Expedia and requested they be close together since we were traveling with kids. While they were on the same floor, they ended up on opposite sides of the building. Our reservation also included food credits, but the front desk agent never mentioned them until I asked. She incorrectly told me the credit was less than what my reservation showed and refused to honor it, even after I showed her the confirmation. She also rushed through check-in and didn't explain the property or even how to get to the elevators.
Later that evening, I stopped by the front desk and had the complete opposite experience. The evening agent was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything, confirmed the food credit amount on my reservation was correct, and made us feel welcome. Her outstanding customer service completely turned the experience around.
Overall, it's a great property, and thanks to the exceptional evening front desk agent, we'd consider staying here again.
