The manager promised me to take some measures, but of course he did nothing. The so-called damage deposit.but after 11:00 am, if you are late even for one minute during check-out, they will charge you $15 forEven for one minute. The check in staff was great and helpful answered all my questions they room was more than expected for the price. Would like to see bar soap in the bathroom

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was great for the pricing and location. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub unfortunately takes two to three hours to fill, as it uses sink taps that do not have a ton of pressure. Hot tub was well cleaned and the jets had good pressure though. Bath tub was painted, and peeling on the bottom where one stands. Not an ideal texture. Those are my only two gripes that I'd like to see rectified in the future, beyond that the room was a great value. Stayed for six days in late May, and would stay again.

No problems. Shower was good

They don’t even let people stay for 5-10 minutes and ask for extra money. I stayed at alot of hotels in niagara falls and they are always adjustable and helpful but these were very weird. They made me wait for 15 minutes so that they can check the room after we leave. What a bad hotel
