Beautiful rustic hotel right in downtown Gatlinburg. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Good parking available. And a great breakfast included. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony and two rocking chairs. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had good pressure and lots of heat.

Very nice. Spacious rooms and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Lots of hotel areas to relax. Loved the rocking chairs on the entrance porch and balconies…something that is missing from the Gatlinburg of today. When we 1st started coming, the town was full of rocking chairs. The place is very historical. We loved our stay.

Wonderful historic building with wonderful stories about the history of Gatlinburg. It's right next to the Sky Chairs & great people watching property.

We had a great stay! Room was clean and staff was very helpful. They have a very nice breakfast included. And the rocking chairs on the front porch got used alot!

This is an older historic property and the staff can be a bit snippy some time. The hotel is nice and quirky sent it has had many renovations. The breakfast is excellent and if you can get a balcony on the back, the views are great. We have stayed here many times over the years. It is very well located. My wife loves it because of the location. Would stay again. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean.

Lovely, historic hotel with lots of charm! Clean rooms, delicious complimentary breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, all in the perfect location on the Gatlinburg Parkway! Highly recommend!

Double beds that weren’t level because the floor isn’t level( historic), so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. Room wasn’t cleaned 2x. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and wonderful staff.
