We had a pleasant stay here. Hotel has a great location and is in a nice area. Rooms are very clean and blinds are amazing. Except for one person, the staff is very kind and helpful.

Updated, clean property at a great location close to Union Station! Very walkable to many parts of the city and public transportation. All staff were SO friendly and really made us feel welcome! Would definitely recommend and stay again when visiting Chicago!

The room was amazing! The staff was kind, friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again! I did not get to enjoy the roof top dining but I'm sure it must be amazing like everything else.
