Loved my stay at this hotel! There absolutely was a language barrier however, the team did everything they could to help and were amazing. So friendly, kind and attentive. Brilliant location, right next to the stadium and follows an easy route to the main Hiroshima Station which makes transport super easy to use. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great; the breakfast team were so lovely and went out of their way to get me a fork and make sure I was happy. I was a solo traveller and was so appreciative of the teams effort to make my stay comfortable. Great views of the shinkansen at the station too. Would absolutely recommend if you are journeying to Hiroshima. Great sized rooms for a solo traveller and great amenities.

Short walk to Hiroshima station, may have some noise depending on if your room faces the train tracks

No shops but can walk from airport. Breakfast very good. Reception very sweet

Excellent location. Decent sized rooms by Japan standards. Good breakfast with healthy options. Most importantly, the price is good.

Never ever had a bad experience at any Toyoko-Inn hotel. I’ve stayed at 3 different locations during my last trip to Japan and this one was the prettiest.

Staff was kind and professionel. They help us check in and check out. They keep our luggage even if we arrive early so we can enjoy the PM without carrying our thing around town. We receive new towel every day ans our room was cleaned after 3 days of stay. The bad side was the bed was hard to sleep on and they put us in a smoking room even if we specify a non smoking room. The other con is other guest was loud in the hallway and you can hear water in the pipe when other room flush or take shower. Other then that, we enjoy our stay.
