Starting with the good: Fantastic location, walkable distance (About 20 mins) to Chapultepec Castle and Forest. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Ubers were reasonably priced. Breakfast was always the same (continental) but it was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. wifi available and worked mostly ok. There is a safe in the room, which is great. The not so good: My room had a leak and a good amount of water would get into the room during heavy storms. I think this must be a long outstanding issue with this room in particular because I could see traces of humidity all over the room (I was a concerned I'd get sick but alas, I did make it out unscathed!). Cleanliness was ok, definitely room from improvement. My room was tiny. I had to work a few days and had to do so from my bed, I wish there was a desk like in other hotels. You can't get to the property on your own, you have to be buzzed-in every time and sometimes need to identify yourself before you are cleared to go in. Since you are in a lively area and windows on rooms are on the older side, you may deal with street noise. Neutral but good to note: There is no elevator. No AC's in room (you can request a fan). I didnt have a car, but, I saw no parking spaces. Looks like parking is done street side and was super busy. I saw cars parked back to back streetside pretty much every day.

El lugar está bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y la casa está bonita y limpia, es bastante sencilla, va de acuerdo al precio. Si tienen sueño ligero o quieren descansar recomiendo preguntar por la recámaras en la parte de arriba. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso, justo a la entrada y tiene una ventana que da a la calle, y aunque es una calle pequeña y tranquila, nos despertaron ruidos de un coche tratando de arrancar a media noche. Pero lo más molesto es que está junto a la recepción y cada vez que salió otro huésped o que alguien habla se escucha todo en la habitación.

Very thin doors made privacy

One reason we chose the hotel is because they offered airport transportation. This was so convenient and the communication was great. The people at the hotel, especially Marta, looked after us as if we were family. We felt safe and the location of the hotel was in walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're able to travel to CDMX. Muchísimas gracias

Lovely hotel on a quiet street in a trendy area. Easy access to great restaurants, bars, parks and shops. Good WiFi, great breakfast, kind staff.
