Althought the price reflected the state of the place I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The toilet had TP in it, there were other people's hairs around the room, and the wifi was not as good as advertised. 13MBPS was the best I saw but it was more like 3-4 most of the time.

Very clean and well presented

Lovely hosts and great recliners, plus the central location keep us coming back to BKs Rotorua. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, takeaway outlets, and supermarkets. Option of shower or jetted tub with shower, and the mobility unit - there's a unit to suit everyone.

Great location everyshop eatery you could imagine within 10 mins walk

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Walls are thin and guests next door were loud and arguing late into the night. Fixtures need updating and a bathroom fan could be helpful. Parking was extremely tight, especially if arriving last or late. FYI, motel resides in area of town that does smell of strongly of sulfur.

The lady who greeted me, was really nice

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Water hot for the spa tub we had in the room. Kitchen was good for cooking in and staff were super helpful. We were very comfortable for one night but could have stayed a few more. On property parking was easy as well. Property provides towels for local pools and mud baths.

Very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen area. Surprised there was no air conditioning. Extra fans supplied with limited electrical outlets. Good for a one night stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery store.

Kitchen not really equipped for cooking Iron was faulty, left a note for management

Clean with a nice whirlpool tub.
