Great location, close to public transportation and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with friendly staff available 24 hours at the reception. I would stay here again.

Excellent location and clean room. Very comfortable. Loved the washer/dryer in room.

the Staff needed to be trained for customer service, ad they need to focus on cleaning the rooms up on request, I had bad experience with that, I requested housekeeping multiple times and they didn't respond.

Very good

Perfect location, nice clean rooms. Will book again.

Check in took way longer than expected, requesting cleaning is way harder than usual and the staff are not responding, asking to clean my room took 2 days , they fixed it in the end after several requests.

Fantastic location next to the Hbf and undergroud lines. In middle of new hotels and apartments and only about 5 years old. Great bed and pillows and kitchen/lounge. Had everything we needed and lovelt quiet area next to Belvedere gardens.

Lovely hotel situated minutes from the main train station. I had a studio apartment which was very spacious and had everything you could need. The room was perfectly clean. The hotel was very quiet and I had a peaceful sleep both nights. The pool was a nice bonus, and although it is more of a spa pool, it is long enough to get a decent swim in. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about at all.

Great location and our apartment had all the amenities !! Wash dryer too !

We used Vienna as our home base to visit Salzburg, Budapest, and Bratislava before continuing on to Prague, and the Adina Apartment Hotel was absolutely perfect for us: it was a few minutes walk from the Vienna Central train station, we enjoyed breakfast every morning (the staff will even pack you a bag if you need to leave early in the morning), and we took full advantage of the in-room washer/dryer and refrigerator.
