For long-term stay for more than 30 days, we will collect a CASH DEPOSIT of RM 300. The deposit is refundable if there is nothing broken or lost in our room.For long term stay (7 days above), there would be NO DAILY room cleaning service.Please take note that there will be a COMPULSORY cleaning RM20/week/cleaning extra charges upon check in and for cleaning 1 week 1 time only : 7 days stay= RM20 (cleaning fee* 1 times/1 weeks) 14 days stay= RM40 (cleaning fee* 2 times/2 weeks) 21 days stay= RM60 (cleaning fee* 3 times/3 weeks) 30 days stay=Rm80 (cleaning fee* 4 times/4weeks) 90 days stay= FOC (cleaning fee*12 times/12weeks)Please take note that there will be a COMPULSORY for air-conditioner: 7 days stay=RM25 (air-conditioner fee*1 weeks) 14 days stay=RM50 (air-conditioner fee* 2 weeks) 21 days stay=RM75 (air-conditioner fee* 3 weeks) 30 days stay=RM100(air-conditioner fee* 4 weeks) 90 day stay= RM300(air-conditioner fee* 12 weeks)If you not agreed with the above charges, you may request cancellation for free.
