We appreciated the staff’s professionalism and warmth throughout the hotel during a busy holiday. Very special thanks to Natalie, who, at check-in, dinner, and our departure met us with friendliness, thoughtfulness, and kindness—again, despite being very busy. Much of our lasting positive impressions of the hotel stem from her superb hospitality. Further thanks to Bella at check-in, Cora at the fitness center, and Maggie, Mary, and the entire staff on 28. The entire staff was excellent during our brief stay. Thank you.
