staff v bad service lots of rules and regulations for no reason

This is one of the best hotel near the beach. Food was average. But staff was very helpful. It was a seamless Check In experience. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel in this budget, It is a very good Hotel.

We had a lovely three week stay at calangute towers really enjoyed wandering around bars shops and restaurants felt really safe all local people very nice .

The hotel is not client friendly and they are stern about everything. They say absolute no to every request and the place is dirty with tables etc everywhere. The breakfast was not that great and i had to beg to get the wifi password. Its not something you get as soon as you checkin. Checkout time is 11 but a few minutes before that they start calling your room (even my personal mobile). I asked for 15 extra minutes but i was getting call every 2 minutes and had to rush from under the shower overtime. If that was not enough, they started banging my doors at 11:20 saying they have reservation. The season was quite and saw there were no other guests but they literally wanted to make sure i get out. I have my own villa in Calangute and many a times when i have guests i stay at the hotels but this experience has turned me off these guys badly. If you need peaceful time, stay absolutely away from this place as there are many good places in Calangute and Baga.
