DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE. Upon arrival we were informed that our stay was cancelled without notice and that this is a regular occurrence if a better financial offer is received. This was probably a blessing in disguise as the properly looks like it is about to fall down. Do not book to stay as you will be left stranded when you arrive.

I will start with the positive, the hotel has free onsite parking, is in a fantastic location (walk out of the hotel turn left then turn right 8 minute walk you are at Golders Green underground stop or Golders Green bus station) the bedding and towels were clean and soft and the two ladies on reception are so lovely and helpful. And a very reasonable price for 2 nights.
Now the not so positive... the hotel is very tired and dirty. It needs a full refurbishment throughout. Our room was very tired looking,had a filthy stained carpet and walls. The shower was useless, didnt fit on the shower holder so had to hold it and had no water pressure. it advertises tea and coffee making facilities there was a kettle but no cups, teabags, coffee or even a teaspoon. There was a fan in the room but didnt dare turn it on for all the debris on it, and the edges and the corners of the room were very dusty, spill marks on the bedside table and dresser, stained plugs and taps.
However it was just a place to rest our heads bed was comfy and the location was fantastic

Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel.
The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable

Extremely old and tired hotel. No air conditioning, not Cup, coffee, water or Milk in the room as show in there photos. I had a ground floor room and could hear someone walking around in the room above until around 2am in the morning. Cheap and cheerful but I expected better

Hotel served its purpose. For the money it was good I wasn’t expecting 5 star accommodation but the parking was great the location was good about a 10 minute stroll to the tube station. Kettle in the room but unfortunately no cups or teabags. Shower was fine to. For our stay it was fine

the staff were nice, however our bathroom light didn’t work and the water pressure in the shower was really bad and it was cold. the bed was very uncomfortable and hurt our backs. the fan was dirty and there was a half drunk bottle of water left in the fridge. the walls were dirty and the room didn’t smell very nice.

Bawah Purata Definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, dirty, no hot water, it made me feel itchy, on a normal day I’d of walked out, but had no choice but to stay.

Normally we have an excellent experience here. This time the room didn't seem to have been properly aired and it smelt as if the person before me had been vaping or smoking something. Disappointing as it's a very convenient location near the shops and tube, and staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and rooms clean.

Hello ,the room was too cold ,shower didn’t work ,even the sheet were dirty,I thought nobody booked this room for a long time as I checked the drawer and rubbish all over .
