Our second visit to the Astoria, excellent breakfast with an amazing variety of choice, free wifi throught the hotel and all of the staff very helpful

Came with family and rooms were reserved in advance . They claimed Astoria has 3 building b ct to each other so they put us in different hotels . We paid for a beautiful hotel and beautiful hotel rooms and ended up in very old and uncomfortable rooms . There was no irons in the rooms and they didn’t provided us with one . The staff were very rude and unfriendly and they cleaned the rooms only once during out stay and I found a note on the counter from cleaning lady saying to me , keep the room clean . It was the worse hotel I have ever gotten
