Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up. The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time. Unfortunately, there was no wifi. The food and service at the restaurant was good.

No water for the toilet or shower for most of the day. Somebody hadn’t opened a valve somewhere in the hotel’s main plumbing system. Menu is shockingly limited.. most items not available at time of visit. Staff are always nice !

Great staff, clean room, peaceful sleep and great price. Property amenities are tired but it’s a safe spot in Madang town. Convenient for the city centre shops but just be cautious on the short walk to and fro.

Security personnels should act professional and friendly towards clients, that should interconnect friendliness and helpfulness in promoting safe area, clients can walk freely, act sober and create positive response in getting services with high standards.

This was the 2nd day of my stay at the hotel. And still no water in the rooms due to the issues with the local water supplier (Water PNG). So no choice but to check out due to the water issues. No apologies and no compensation from the hotel. Staff were great, despite the issues
