Great AC. The staff had our room ready before check in time. Also, arranged taxi pick up for us near hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location very close to restaurants. Our air conditioner was not working for the first week of our stay even though Pietro insisted it was working. Natalia the other host is great and went out of her way to help us. Room was supposedly sound proof. While it did impede some of the noise we could still hear people walking by especially late into the early morning hours.

This is a clean, quaint little B&B in the heart of Siena. Pietro was simply amazing. Due to travel snafus, I arrived well past the check-in window. He accommodated me and made my stay wonderful. I will stay there again.

Very expensive city tax compared to other Italian cities for the one night. I wander if it was legitimate. Big wooden beam looked as it has termite damage. Space was tight. Internet connection was weak. Staircase was dark at night. I would not stay again.
