Bagus Er is geen waterkoker, koffie, thee
Ontbijt alleen oosters, er is geen brood. Wij zijn buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten waar wel westers ontbijt is.

Fijn verblijf gehad in een zeer nette kamer. Restaurant /bar op de bovenste verdieping is erg handig en de locatie is ook goed.

ホテルは清潔に保たれています。
スカイラウンジも24時間対応で食事できます。とても便利で味付けも日本とほぼ変わらなく大変美味しいです。
値段もとても安くて安心して過ごすことが出来ます。
難点は部屋に冷蔵庫が無い。貴重品を入れる金庫が無い。ドライヤーが無い事です。それを理解すれば快適に過ごせます。凄くいいホテルです。おススメです、わ

The hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The shower took a while to heat up the water, the front desk advised letting it run 15-20 minutes.
The restaurant down in the lobby has a limited selection, but the Pork and Barrel were great to sit and have a beer and is open 24hrs.
It is about 30 minutes from MLG airport but the local Uber Grab totalled about $5USD.

We stayed here so we can go and visit the volcano really early in the morning. It is a hotel for a quick stay.
The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. There is a bar on the 7th floor and even though we were at the 5th floor we could here the music loud and clear. Over all the room was clean but the water took forever to warm up and it wasn't never hot.

Bagus Resepsionis kurang senyum, kurang profesional & tidak ramah. Air panas kurang maksimal. Saat itu voucher breakfast hotel yang saya tinggal di kamar hilang, lalu kontak resepsionis tidak bisa memberikan solusi dan akhirnya saya tidak bisa breakfast. Untuk sekelas hotel tsb, deposit 200rb rupiah terlalu besar. Kamar kecil, kamar mandi transparan tdk ada tirai

Stayed in a room with two queen beds.
The good:
Very spacious.
Stable WiFi.
I had a balcony.
Friendly staff.
Guests (depending on your booking) are given a meal voucher worth Rp50,000 which can be used to buy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Safe neighborhood.
The bad:
Hot water is very unreliable.
There are no shower doors; during shower, half of the bathroom will get wet.
No fridge in the room.

The toilet's door is made of a-see-through-glass so whenever you want to hv a shower the other roommate has to get out.
