Clean room - Good. Only a thing, when we opened the door, it has some smell that I don't like it, but when you get in, the smell was okay. Staff - Good, very polite and patient. Air conditioning - Okay Parking - Good condition. Easy to park overnight and safe.

Great price for a really good hotel in Niagara Falls. Bonus is there is no charge for parking. They are going through a renovation and the new rooms are great.

The pool looks properly maintained. Parking is well lit and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Lobby is clean, but the hall of the fourth floor smells off. Luckily, that didn't affect my room. Fair place for the price.
