There is no disconnect between the advertising and the premises. You know you’re not getting luxury, but for what you pay it’s a great deal ! And you don’t even have to leave the airport !

The room was clean and more spacious than I originally thought. Great place to just stay a night to wait for your flight the next morning, the only thing that was an issue for me was the hard rock pillow which made me not sleep well, but everything else was excellent!!

First time ever staying at a capsule hotel and the proximity to the airport made it that much nicer. Would definitely try it again if given the chance.

There were used towels laying in a corner of the sleeping pods for the duration of my stay. It made the environment look unkept but okay overall

This place I don’t know what to say but other people also said that Staff was very rude not helpful at all. There is no cup no spoon, not very good Service, On the watch all the time , I stayed there for 10 days. I have to beg them to change my sheet. They don’t clean the room properly. Don’t vacuum, it’s dusty. Their staff have to change their attitude, we are paying for it. We’re not bludging so they need to treat the Guest politely at least, not too much to ask. Out of 10 I give 5. Overall the location is perfect. Easy to walk to everywhere, I used navigator Apple map app for everywhere I go, The train station is not too far away. Japan is one of the best country to visit, it has so much history to offer to all of us, great cultures believe and very respectful what they believe. Also have a very more technology as well. For me I use the Free Google translator and Free Google converter so I know how much money of my own currency I am spending. These things are very useful when I travel. Some countries I visited have always a language barrier, This countries are wonderful so much to offer to the visitors and countries like Japan, China, Hong Kong Macau, Singapore Bali, has beautiful language but you need to understand what they’re saying for me. This app truly helped me so much and made my trip easier. .
