Great location in the middle of Katoomba. The shops on one side and the three sisters a short walk. Breakfast was basic, toast and cereal but for the price this was a bonus. Some reviews mentioned muffins and yoghurt but this was not present on our 3 day stay. The property keeps its original character throughout which is what I loved about it. While the room was reasonably clean there was mold around the windows. It looked liked they had not been cleaned in a long time. Some areas of improvement in the common areas also. Before I even got to my room I noticed the staircase was thick with dust. While we enjoyed our stay and for the price it was a great deal but a bit of money needs to spent to maintain the property a bit better and closer attention to cleaning in the common areas.

Clean and tidy and great for a one night stay while travelling through.

You get what you pay for . Room was not of clean , wet floor , mats of hair in shower , bed had hair on sheets when pulled back . Then breakfast advertised as " Complementary Continental Breakfast " to a toast and coffee.. Wouldn't recommend.....

The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. It was a short walk to the Main Street and multiple dining options. Great cafe across the street and the RSL is on the opposite corner for a handy feed in the rain.

Basic room but tidy, clean & warm. Ideal location in Katoomba. Great value for price.

This is a fine place to stay. A little run-down in public areas. A little more attention to detail in these areas would improve rating. Rooms good. Electric blanket maybe?

It look better in the picture but not much in staying in not that happy with this place at all

The property was very old but our room was terrific. Breakfast included was a bonus. Staff were lovely
