The property was good for a short stay but quite old.

Thw room was spacious and clean however the condition of the room itself could be hugely improved so there aren't paint chips, stains, etc everywhere. The bathroom was also really old and dilapidated. Parking was free and easy access inside the property which was great however the hotel should look into inatalling security doors so that only the motel guests can walk in inside the property and not anyone else to minimise chances of damage to guest's property including their cars. While the motel provided basic amenities, service could be greatly improved such as by ensuring proper essentials are available like hand soap dispenser, clean and stain free towels, concierge availability during most of the day. We found that if we needed anything, most of the time, the motel reception was unattended. However, location of the residence was great and it was great that it was open till late so we could come in and leave at any time from our room.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice and big. It had a toaster and kettle which we appreciated. It was in a great location and you could walk to restaurants and shopping. The bed and sheets were nice and comfortable. The only complaint was that it was old and a little rundown but it was good value for your money.

Room was very spacious and neat and clean. Simon was very helpful too. Location is perfect and close to restaurants and shopping centre.
