The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 upon check-in. The property strictly enforces a no excessive noise policy after 11pm until 8am. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. Guests are required to pay a Service Fee per room per booking of RM 30, which will be collected at the property once reached. Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government.
