Bawah Purata My room has no windows, the air conditioning unit was not working but even when switched off, it emitted the same volume of noise as if it was switched on. Staff member said hotel was full so I could not change rooms. It was during the heat wave.

Hebat I enjoyed my short stay at the Z Hotel, the room was compact but very clean and quiet. I really liked the fact that they supplied oat milk as standard with the tea/coffee facilities in the room - this was such a nice surprise. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am attending an event in the area particularly as it is very close to a tube station for getting around.

Bawah Purata To start, NO ELEVATOR! Then, it was unusually hot in London and AC for my room wasn’t cooling it enough! It looked like they had that problem in other rooms because there were fans around in the hallways. Also, the room felt run down but the bathroom was nice, great towels!

Bawah Purata The hotel is badly maintained and on our visit the only lift was out of order and the air conditioning in the room was not working (we paid extra to stay here as it was so hot outside, we wanted AC). Waste of money. The rooms are hub type rooms and extremely small, nigh on impossible to make a coffee as the table space is totally taken up by the kettle and water bottle. These also block the sockets. You have to crawl along the bed to reach this table, as you cannot walk down the side. Furthermore they put a service charge on all of your food and drinks even when you go to the bar and are not waited on; they do this without asking advising you.

Bawah Purata We paid extra to book this hotel over others as we wanted air conditioning due to the hot weather. We were told on arrival that the lift was out of order and that we had been given ground floor rooms. One of our rooms had faulty air conditioning, and the Staff kept altering settings and said it was working. The hotel is obviously bafly maintained. One of our nights sleep was very uncomfortable so we list money paying for someone that was provided. The rooms are extremely small too. To top it all they add a service charge to you bar bill / food without telling you, even when you go to the bar yourself. It seems you have to pay their staff to serve you ocer priced beer?
