A security deposit of GBP 300 to GBP 600 is required upon check-in for damages and neighbours complaints during the stay, this is to be refunded upon departure.

Check in after 20:00 is available upon request and prior arrangement, for an additional fee of GBP 50, this is GP 70 after midnight
