Absolutely fantastic! Loved it here and Manchester. Room was brilliant, staff were great, facilities spot on. Location on point. I will stay here again when back in Manchester.

Well located for Manchester Picadilly - less than 10 minutes' walk. Just what you expect from a Marriott - clean and well appointed. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Also easy to walk into the centre of Manchester. Great value on the day I was there

Lovely large comfy bed and good strong shower. Bathroom was a bit tired and grubby and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They rarely left towels and teabags, they usually didn’t clean the toilet and we didn’t appreciate having to go on a scavenger hunt every day to get drinking water for the room by filling up a carafe. I expect better for the price.

Modern hotel with convenient location to train station and very good breakfast. Very helpful that breakfast started at 5:30 am for our flight. Only negative is the pillows were too high. The staff gave us towels to use the second night.

It was nice stay the room was big and bed very comfortable the only issue was one lift was working so it takes time to get down from 7th floor as many people in the hotel

At first glance the room was clean. However, when I opened the fridge I saw a half full bubble tea drink (maybe from the previous guest). The bed pillows were also dirty and I spotted a makeup stain on one of them. The spa was dirty and the towels had a strong unpleasant dirty smell. When I complained to one of the spa staff about the smell of the towels, she replied with an indifferent tone “we are working on it” and nothing else. The front desk people were helpful and friendly.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, all staff we interacted with were extremely pleasant and helpful, interestingly the hotel with 400 plus rooms has only two elevators, often queues to use them
