No WiFi, we sat in the lobby with our bathrobes on Staff extremely helpful very noisy at night restaurant in front called black angels delicious. Eat there at least once.

Great location!

Fantastic location, right in the center of old town across from the clock. Easy walking to all of the Historic sites. Great Terrace rooftop restaurant with a view of the skyline. And an amazing bar in the basement. And huge rooms! Only suggestion is for the hotel to be clear on parking instructions for people driving in.

Adam from front desk was awesome, so helpful in everything we did there. I will definitely come back highly recommend. O’sullivan was also great at desk. Perfect area to see the famous clock.. steps from everything

We had a great experience all around

Truly a unique hotel in an 800+ year old building. Decor was vintage 1930’s but well maintained. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Location is right across from Astronomical Clock. Rooftop terrace has one of the best views in Prague.

Location was unbeatable including the rooftop with its incredible views and the downstairs bar was exceptional. Breakfast ran out of food, the staff was understaffed and running around, AC hardly worked, and the one elevator was occupied much of the time.

Our stay was very comfortable and our Air Conditioning was excellent during the recent heat wave with temperatures 100+ The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is well Maintained and Clean. Great location. We would definitely stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to Prague.

Lovely hotel. Well located. Very clean.

This is an excellently located hotel. The breakfast and restaurant associated with it was also excellent in all aspects. Unfortunately, the air co sitio er in the room was only able to cool the room # 34 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit and made it impossible to sleep. A floor plastic fan was made available to move the 84 degree air with little benefit.
