The staff was friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen was handy for keeping supplies in the fridge or heating up simple food. The location was fantastic and there are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The units are nicely renovated and the building is quite secure but it needs a solid deep clean. It was clean enough to stay in but with more attention to detail, it would be a lot nicer. It has more of a hostel vibe but, it was good for our purposes and the price is reasonable.

Staff

I can understand the building is a old property but it need better maintenance specially in the room we stayed the first day we slept there the room had a overwhelming smell very unpleasant the next day I brought it to the he mentioned it can be the tidewater but the rest of the building didn’t smell like that not even the corridor only our room also the AC was bad not working but they managed to fix it and give us a standing fan the smell continues also the bathroom need cleaning specifically the bathroom door the good thing is that location is very walkable and convenient to center of the city and Joao was very nice

Spacious room. Near port and city cafes.

It was simple clean, nice shower comfortable bed, loved the old world charm and the balcony to sit out on in the courtyard. Great central location in Santos, and affordable for european prices at the start of travel season.

Lovely room, friendly staff, near a good restaurant and metro / bus lines.

Firstly the property is not as advertised. There is a shared kitchen and living space in another floor to the apartment. The apartment itself is very small. There was no check in instructions, while it was raining and cold we had to find the door, buzz, then the door opened to the building. Then you have to go to floor 3 and check in, then your apartment is on another floor. Luckily there is an elevator.

The room was clean and suited our needs very well. We loved the location!!! Also, the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful!! He gave us advice on how to navigate Lisbon and on out side trip to Fatima. Outstanding service and care for us as guests!!!

Be aware of limited parking. Everything else checked out fine.
